Westminster is the most visited part of London, with the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, St James's Park, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square (now minus the pigeons) Horseguards, The Cabinet War Rooms etc etc. There's so much to see we've planned an itinerary for you in our Walks section. Make sure you visit St James with it gentlemen's clubs and Jermyn Street with it's fine tailors and genteel shops and arcades. The Royal Academy gallery is North on Piccadilly. Tube: Westminster or Charing Cross. Not really an eating or general shopping area (apart from Jermyn St). The occasional concert in St James' Church is about as far as the arts gets.
